Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Scrnpix provides a cloud-based API for capturing screenshots and creating scrolling animations of web pages. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to capture content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent
• Use the Service to facilitate phishing, malware distribution, or any fraudulent activity
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or any security mechanisms

3. API Keys & Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials. Do not share your API key or embed it in client-side code. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@scrnpix.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Billing & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service or unused credits.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service.

5. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@scrnpix.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither IRON35 LLC nor its officers, directors, managers, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or licensors shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of IRON35 LLC and its officers, directors, managers, members, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the effective date. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
