1. Data We Collect

• Account data: Email address collected via OAuth during sign-up.
• Billing metadata: Payment and subscription information processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.
• Support & chat data: Messages you send through our Crisp live chat widget.

2. What We Do Not Collect

Scrnpix does not operate its own persistent log storage. The application may emit ephemeral operational logs (such as requested URLs during error retries or DNS validation failures) that are processed by Cloudflare Workers, subject to Cloudflare's own log retention policies. Screenshots and animations generated by the API are not stored persistently. We do not track the URLs you submit beyond what is necessary to process each request and handle errors.

3. Generated Output Handling

Screenshots and animations are not stored persistently. Outputs are cached for up to 60 seconds in Cloudflare KV to avoid redundant rendering. API responses also carry HTTP cache headers (up to 24 hours) that allow downstream infrastructure and browsers to serve repeated requests from their own cache. Scrnpix does not control retention in downstream or browser caches.

4. Infrastructure Provider Disclosure

Scrnpix runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may retain standard server logs (such as IP addresses and request metadata) in accordance with its own policies. For details, see the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies & Tracking

• Crisp chat: Sets a session cookie to maintain your chat conversation. Required for live chat functionality.
• Cloudflare: As our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare may collect aggregate performance metrics at the edge. Cloudflare does not set tracking cookies for this purpose. See the Cloudflare Privacy Policy for details.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time through the in-app chat UI. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting the updated version on this page and updating the effective date. You are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
